Manitowoc Road (Parcel B-196-1).
This Public Hearing item pertains to a proposed rezone of a Village parcel from the current designation of B-2 General Business District to a proposed R-1 Single-Family Residential Zoning District. The intent of the owner is to develop a single-family residence. This action item is related to New Business Item L.1. CSM 2024-0005.

Owner, for approval of a two-lot Certified Survey Map, located at 3171
Manitowoc Road (Parcel B-196-1).
As
a parallel action item relating to Item G.1. RP 2021-0001, this Certified
Survey Map action item is seeking approval to split one existing parcel into
two separate parcels. The end goal of the owner is to maintain existing uses on
one parcel while setting up the second lot for a future single-family
residence.

Road Typical Section Alternatives Village
staff are requesting Board guidance on a future road improvement project.
This
action item pertains to a typical cross section reduction on a portion of
Hoffman Road generally east of CTH XX (Bellevue Street) and west of Development
Drive.
