- CSM 2024-0002 – Request by Troy Hewitt, Robert E. Lee & Associates, Inc., Applicant, on behalf of Jeff Aubry, Aubry Enterprises, LLC, Owner, for approval of a two-lot Certified Survey Map, located at 3111 Monroe Road (CTH GV), Parcel B-317-1.
This item pertains splitting the existing parcel at 3111 Monroe Road into two individual lots. The intent is to pave the way for future development. - PLAT 2024-0001 – Request by Steve Bieda, Vierbicher, Applicant, on behalf of Schlag Clarence Family Trust Agreement, Owner, for approval of a Preliminary Plat of Schlag Crossing First Addition for 7 lots, generally located north of Town Hall Road, between Lime Kiln Road (CTH V) and Monroe Road (CTH GV), on Parcel B-3013.
This item focuses on a proposed seven lot subdivision north of Town Hall Road, between Lime Kiln Road (CTH V) and Monroe Road (CTH GV) with the intent of business-related development. - Acceptance of 2024-2028 Urban Forestry Management Plan.
This New Business item will review the Village’s five-year Urban Forest Management Plan including highlights with potential Board approval. - Award Contract D24 – Creekwood Drive Lift Station Abandonment to Jossart Brothers, Inc; ($25,500).
This construction contract review and potential approval pertains to a scheduled removal of a sanitary sewer pump station that is no longer needed in the Village sanitary system.
