We are excited to introduce Jason as our new Director of
Public Works! In this role, Jason will be responsible for planning, directing,
managing, and overseeing all activities and operations within the Public Works
Department. He will also play a key role in shaping Village management as a
member of the Executive Leadership Team, where he will contribute to the
development of general policies, programs, and operational standards. Jason
brings over two decades of leadership experience in public works, infrastructure
management, and regulatory compliance across various municipalities in
Wisconsin. He is known for fostering an environment of innovation and
accountability, facilitating collaboration across departments to drive positive
outcomes and enhance the overall quality of life within communities.
