Village Board meeting scheduled for
June 25, 2025 at 6:30 p.m.

Reconstruction Assessment Public Hearing – Consider the Levy of Special Assessment for the Village Street Reconstruction Project on Allouez Avenue (PW19-01); Resolution No. V-23-2025.
The Bellevue Village Board will be considering Resolution No. V-23-2025, which is a step toward the final approval to levy Special Assessments on properties benefiting from the reconstruction of a portion of Allouez Avenue. This road construction project, PW19-01, involves the complete reconstruction of Allouez Avenue from STH 141/Main Street to Hazen Road. The project is 80% state-funded and has now reached its final closeout stage, making it ready for the final assessment procedures. Please note that Special Assessments will be added to any existing annual property tax statements.

First Review of Proposed Amendments to Municipal Code Chapter 171 Animals (no action).
New Business Item L.1. outlines an initial review of several sections within Bellevue Municipal Code Chapter 171, which pertains to animals. The Village Board will determine which types of animals are allowed as personal pets in Bellevue. This marks the first review of the proposed changes to the code. A future action item will be drafted based on the guidance provided by the Board tonight.
2026 Preauthorization to Purchase 2026 John Deere Wheel Loader with Plow and Wing Buildout, VOM 24-01 ($350,000)
The final item for the June 25th meeting will consider a replacement piece of equipment for the 2025/2026 snow plowing season as well as general Village Public Works needs. The proposed John Deere loader, a cost-effective investment, will replace an aging piece of equipment that has reached its usable life. The loader will also be fitted with seasonal snow removal equipment, allowing staff to better remove snow by creating a ninth plow route.
