We are thrilled to welcome our new Utility Operator, Cassandra! She plays a crucial role in the Public Works Department by providing essential labor and skills to support utility operations, including water distribution and sewer collection systems. With prior experience in municipal water services, Cass has discovered her passion for hands-on work and can think and act quickly in hectic situations. She is a fast learner who remains calm under pressure. This passion and self-awareness make us confident she will be an excellent fit for the Village of Bellevue.
