02.12.2025 - Village Board Meeting Snapshot

     

Below is a brief snapshot of the upcoming Village
Board meeting scheduled for 
February 12, 2025 at 6:30 p.m.

New Business

  1. Preliminary Resolution Declaring Intent to Levy Special Assessments for the Village Street Reconstruction Project A25 (PW 23-06, PW 20-04); Resolution V-04-2025
    This New Business action item relates to the standardized special assessment process under Village Board review. Project A25 includes the planned reconstruction of village roadways, including a portion of Bluestone Place, Eldorado Drive, Skyview Street, and Vandenbergh Place. As part of the project, the Village Board will review the anticipated special assessment projections and take action on Resolution No. V-04-2025. This is a preliminary resolution only and provides parameters for a future special assessment, but no formal approval of any assessments has been given at this time.
  2. Preliminary Resolution Declaring Intent to Levy Special Assessments for the Village Street Reconditioning project C25 (PW 20-04); Resolution V-06-2025
    The second of three preliminary assessment resolutions is for roadways targeted for 2025 reconditioning. Roadways, including within C25, as outlined in Resolution No. V-06-2025, include all or a portion of Guns St. – Allouez Ave to Kensington Ln, Kensington Ln., El Dorado Drive – Seville Dr. to Verlin Rd., Kane Ln., Keehan Ln. – Bluestone Pl. to Elben Ct., Elben Ct., Mac Ct., Mac Ln., Lynwood Ct.,  Lynwood Ln., Nellie Ct., Nellie Ln., Pauly Ct., Sunnymede Ln. and Seville Dr. This is a preliminary resolution only and provides parameters for a future special assessment but does not formally approve any assessments at this time.
  3. Preliminary Resolution Declaring Intent to Levy Special Assessments for the Village Street Reconstruction on Sal St. and Industrial Dr. (PW 23-02); Resolution V-05-2025
    The final preliminary assessment resolution under consideration is Resolution No. V-05-2025. The focus area for this reconstruction project includes Sal Street and Industrial Drive. These industrial corridors, once reconstructed, will also benefit from substantial improvements to stormwater management practices. New storm main and basin infrastructure will help with localized flood control and water runoff quality. This is a preliminary resolution only and provides parameters for a future special assessment, but no formal approval of any assessments has been given at this time.
