Old Business
- Board Action Temporary Allowance for Administrative Review
of STRs/TRUs Directly Related to 2025 NFL Draft Event; Resolution V-15-2024
The Board will be considering a temporary allowance that will defer review of any short-term rentals or transient rental units related to the 2025 NFL Draft to staff. The intent is to simplify the permitting process and ease the administrative burden during a select few weeks around the NFL Draft.
New Business
- Appeal Request, by Brenton Pierce, for Board to Review
Recently Denied Operator License Application
A recent Operator License was administratively denied due to past history of the applicant. This action item is requested by the applicant and will allow the Village Board to further review the application for licensing. - Request by 2577 Ontario Road to House and Care of Two
Domestic Rabbits Within a Property Zoned R-1 Single-Family Residential
The Village Board will review a request by a resident to house and care for rabbits within a residence not typically allowed. The Board has the authority to allow certain domestic animals within residentially zoned properties on a case-by-case basis. - Proposed Updates to Village of Bellevue Fee Schedule;
Resolution No. V-13-2024
This action item pertains to the review of the Village Fee Schedule. The schedule is visited annually to align with necessary changes to fees therein. - Board Funding and Authorization to Complete Vision Triangle
Clearing Adjacent to Fox Valley & Lake Superior Rail Line
The Village was notified by the Office of Commissioner of Railroads that substantial vision triangle clearing is required adjacent to four intersections along the HWY 141/Main Street corridor and the adjacent railroad. This action item includes authorization to complete necessary steps to clean the vision triangles and a parallel request for the Village to fund the necessary mandates.
