- Review of
Bellevue Zoning Code Regulations as it Relates to Short Term
Rentals/Transient Residential Uses
With
the upcoming 2025 NFL Draft and the desire to continually improve government
efficiency, staff are requesting a discussion on whether the Village should
temporarily loosen STR/TRUs during the 2025 NFL Draft window. A parallel
discussion is also requested where staff will ask if it is appropriate to allow
increased administrative review authority of STR/TRUs to help ease the
application process.
- Consider
Appeal from Village of Bellevue to Waive Certain Impact Fees Related to
the Proposed Bellevue Administration Addition (BG03)
Bellevue
has several impact fees that are under review for the proposed Bellevue
Administration Addition project. Staff are requesting a fee waiver of the Fire
Protection and Law Enforcement Impact Fees. These fees help support the debt of
the building and are considered a duplicate expense for the Village as the
municipality is already the primary liability holder for the debt.
