Presentations
- Lions Club Proposed Project Update
The Bellevue Lions Club, a member of Lions Club International, has been a steadfast supporter of the Village and our joint desire to expand our community park amenities. The Lions Club will be giving the Village Board a brief update of projects including the ongoing desire to develop a band shell/pavilion structure in Josten Park.
New Business
- JBS
Utility Agreement Amendment
The
Village will be entertaining a utility service agreement with the City of Green
Bay where Bellevue will be providing municipal water services to a proposed
mixed density residential development at the proposed JBS development site.
- Five-Year
Maintenance Contract with Fair Market Assessment, Inc. (Progressive Rate
Agreement)
All
communities are required to have accurate values of properties within their
community. Bellevue Board of Trustees will be considering a five-year agreement
with Fair Market Assessments for the purposes of annual updating and assessment
services. This contract has a progressive annual rate based on calendar year of
service.
- 2025
Market Adjustment/Revaluation Contract with Fair Market Assessments, Inc.
($78,700)
The
Village Board of Trustees will be considering an additional contract with Fair
Market Assessments, Inc. for the purposes of a state mandated revaluation. A
revaluation is required when the fair market value of a property deviates too
greatly from the assessed value. When this occurs the State of Wisconsin
require all communities to realign this divergence (process known as a
revaluation). This discussion if approved will begin the 2025 revaluation
process.
- Transportation
Utility Presentation (raSmith)
The
Village Board will be offered a brief presentation followed by a discussion on
the merits of a transportation utility. Civil and Structural Engineering firm
raSmith will be providing the presentation including a brief Bellevue analysis.
- Review of
Road Width Design Standards
Similar
in style to Item L.4. the Village Board of Trustees will be reviewing current
road design standards within Village Code. The intent of this discussion item
is to determine if the Board is interested in altering road width standards at
a future meeting.
- Award
Contract CF24 for 2024 Crack Filling to Precision Seal Coating, Inc. (Not
to Exceed $60,000)
This
proposed contract is related to annual crack filling maintenance work proposed
for select areas of the Village. This item is considered routine maintenance
and funded through General Levy revenues.
