The Village of Bellevue will begin flushing fire hydrants throughout the Village beginning the week of June 18, 2018 and concluding by June 29, 2018. Hydrants east of Main Street will be flushed from June 18 through June 22, while hydrants west of Main Street will be flushed June 25 through June 29. Residents may experience discolored water while the flushing occurs. The water is safe to drink, however discolored water may stain clothing. If you notice work being done in your neighborhood, you are encouraged to temporarily avoid water use if feasible. Residents are encouraged to run their faucets with cold water until the color is removed. Questions may be directed to the Public Works Department at 920-468-5225.
