Winter Seasonal Trailer Parking

As the calendar has turned to December, please note that all summer seasonal uses shall now be removed from the driveway or side parking pads of all homes until April 1st.  A summer seasonal use is defined as a trailer used to transport items typically utilized during the summer season such as boats, personal watercraft, All-Terrain Vehicles (ATV), travel trailers, pop-up campers and other similar uses not identified here within as determined by the Community Development Director or his/her designee.

Please note, administrative staff does not have the authority to grant extensions for any circumstances.

Winter seasonal use trailer parking regulations are now in effect. This means that you can now park winter seasonal use trailer and equipment on trailers in your driveway or side parking pads of all homes until May 1st.  A winter seasonal use is defined as a trailer used to transport items typically utilized during the winter season such as snowmobiles, All-Terrain Vehicles (ATV), and other uses not identified here within as determined by the Community Development Director or his/her designee.
