Little Free Library Donated By Edison Middle School Students

6th Graders from Edison Middle School recently raised funds to support the installation of a new Little Free Library in Bellevue.  Efforts to raise funds were coordinated with Nancie Brennan of Bellevue.

The new Little Free Library is located outside the Village's Public Safety Building at the corner of Ontario Road and Eaton Road.

Little Free Libraries are popping up all across the area.  Theses little boxes are free book exchanges, where anyone can 'take a book' and 'give a book'.  

The idea and mission of a Little Free Library is to promote literacy and the love of reading by building free book exchanges.   For more information on the Little Free Library program, go to:
